We strive to process and ship all orders for standard product as quickly as possible. If in stock, your items are shipped within 1-2 business days. If an item you ordered is out of stock , it takes another 2-3 business days to complete your order. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. We will gladly make every effort to process the cancellation provided your order has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it will be considered a Return and the cost to send it back will be your responsibility, and a restocking fee will be applied. The following Standard Flat Rate shipping charges apply for destinations within the United States & Canada will apply:
$3.00 = All Orders (Unless package weight is over 12 oz, in which case Priority Mail will be used at a cost of $4.95)
PLEASE NOTE: To maintain efficiencies, and provide the best services possible to all customers, international shipping costs will no longer be determined in advance for orders going to locations outside the United States or Canada. International shipping rates will vary.

Due to the fact that most of the items on this site are handmade, on rare occasion, items can be temporarily out of stock. When this occurs we ship those items which are available, advise our customers of the situation, and return the amount paid for the item(s), to the customers Pay Pal account, used when the original order was made. If unavailable items exceed 50% of total value for all items purchased, the original shipping charge is also refunded (US & Canada Only).
